What Is Parents' Club?

The Parents' Club is a group of Downers Grove North High School (DGN) parent volunteers who promote communication between home and school through monthly meetings, assist with the activities and special functions at the school, host the Post-Prom cruise, and raise funds to distribute for underclass grants and senior scholarships.

Membership entitles you to:

• A complimentary school directory
• Monthly meetings with various speakers/topics of interest
• E-mail "e-blasts" that contain Parents' Club meeting notices with information on the guest speaker and topic, post Parents' Club meeting highlights and reminders about Parents' Club events
• Volunteer opportunities

Meeting Information

 Want to know what is happening at DGN? Join us at meetings that are held in the DGN Alumni Room off of the main lobby of the school.

The agenda includes the principal, a guest speaker and our club business.

Meetings are held on Wednesday evenings at 7 pm as scheduled below:

Scholarship and Grant Information

Parents' Club raises funds to support underclass grants and senior scholarships.

Below are applciations for the grants and scholarships. Applications are also available at school. The underclass grant application is available in the student activities office and the senior scholarship application is available in the guidance office.

Senior Scholarship Application Due in the guidance office on March 16, 2012 no later than 3:30 pm.

Underclass Grant Application Due in the student activities on March 9, 2012 no later than 3:30 pm.
